Terms of Service

Cakes and desserts require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to reserve your event date.

Custom orders should be ordered at least 5 days in advance.

Last minute orders are available upon availability and will incur an additional cost, time of pick up is subject to change.

When picking up your order, you are responsible for providing a safe and secure area for your purchase, please handle with care. Do not lean over your cake/dessert.  Once the cake or dessert has left our possession the customer assumes all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake and desserts.  We are not liable and will not give refunds if there is a mishap during transportation. The cake/desserts need to be placed on a flat surface, with the AC on and transported with care. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAKE IN A HOT CAR, IT WILL MELT!

If you are to provide any decorations, flowers, materials or toppers for your order please have it in 3 days before pick up (the sooner the better), this will help us in case adjustments to the design need to be made.
